Live Your Life For You

Life is a stage, and you are the main character! Everything that you do, every word that you say, and every choice that you make is going to mold you into the person that you choose to be. Choices are everything in life. They determine where you will end up and who you will become, so you should do your best to make sure that you’re making the right choices for you and not for someone else.

You shouldn’t attempt to live someone else’s life. You’re the main character of your story, and with that, you need to learn to make decisions that are going to better yourself as a person. Only you know what’s best for you and what you need to do in order to live the life that you want. Make the change!

People are going to come and go, but only one thing will remain static in your life, and that’s you! Which is why you are the main character of your story. Other people will take part in your show, of course, maybe for a short time or maybe for the rest of your life, but you shouldn’t base life decisions on what they might think or do; you need to base them off of you and your life.

Never forget that you’re working on yourself, for yourself, by yourself. No one else can change your life for you. You must put in the work to see the fruits of your labor, and you need to take charge of your own life and start living it for yourself, not for someone else.

Live your life for you, not for who someone else wants you to be. You’re the main character of your story, so don’t let other people influence you into making decisions that don’t benefit you. Take charge of your life and rule over it the way that you want to. Your life is yours to live, so live it for you!

Let Go of the Past and Embrace Change

Leave the past in the past! You won’t progress in life if you’re dragging old habits around with you. If you keep trying the same thing over and over again, and you’re not getting the results that you want, maybe it’s time to try something new. T hink of it like diet and exercise. Some diets won't work for you, just like some exercises work better for other people than they will for you. It’s all about figuring out what works, rather than doing the same old thing and becoming disappointed every time you don’t get results. In order to move forward in your life, you need to learn to embrace change. Sometimes, you can get so caught up in sticking with the things that you know, that you wind up afraid of venturing out of your comfort zone. It’s easy to stay with what’s familiar, but you have to learn to let go of familiarity and let yourself embrace the new and the unknown. Don't Allow Your Fears To Control Your Life

Everyone has something that they are afraid of—you, me, everyone! It’s not shameful to have these fears, but you shouldn’t allow them to take precedent over your life. Things only have power over you because you give them that power. If your fears are starting to hold you back from living the life that you want, then you need to rethink how you view those fears and learn to break past them in order to move on. Your limitations are only limitations because you allow them to be. You are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for, so don’t allow yourself to be brought down by your fears just because you’re worried that you won’t be able to overcome them. You can do anything that you put your mind to, and if that involves overcoming your fears, then you will be able to do just that! Fire It Up Friday

Happy Friday! Y'all know what time it is! It's that time of the week where we list the things that we look forward to; it's Fire It Up Friday! There is so much in life to look forward to, so let's help each other out by naming the things that we're excited for. I'll start us off by saying that I'm excited to go to the beach tomorrow. Beach time is always a good time. I'm gonna have ice cream for lunch and hopefully hit plenty of waves! Life gives us so much to hope for; it's hard to see the bad when you're so focused on all of the good things headed your way. There's always something to be excited for, even if it's not your next concert or your next beach day; it can be as simple as waking up tomorrow morning to spend a relaxing day at home or being excited for your next cup of coffee.
