Taking breaks is very important in life. You need to learn when to rest, not when to quit. There are so many tasks that are brought about in your daily life, and while you can do them all, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you can do all of them on that day. There will be times where you won’t be able to accomplish everything that you have on your to-do list, and that’s okay.
